Crib Sets

Furnishing a nursery takes a lot of work and effort. New parents have to buy furniture, sheets and towels, clothes, and toys for a baby. Crib sets can make this process a little easier by providing complete, matched bedding sets. They usually include at least sheets and a blanket, though some include much more. Fancier sets can include pillows and pillowcases, comforters, even mobiles to hang above the crib. For most parents, though, a basic set is sufficient. They simply want to find sheets and blankets that match, or buy several similar sets so they have extra bedding. Even for a simple set, the choices are numerous. Most baby linens will be 100 percent cotton, as babies tend to have sensitive skin and cotton is least likely to irritate it.

Those living in colder climates, though, may be able to find (and in fact want) sets of fleece, flannel, or even wool. Parents will also be able to choose from a wide range of solid colors, patterns of one or more colors, and prints. They will be able to choose colors that match the walls of the nursery or the wood of their crib. Many parents choose to have a theme for their nursery, and crib sets can be found to fit many of the popular ones. Flowers, animals, and sports themed bedding are common, as well as the traditional pink for girls and blue for boys color scheme. Parents are sure to find a convenient set of bedding perfect for their child.
